How do I import my watch history from TV Time?
Request your data export in the settings of your TV Time app (GDPR Export). Upload the ZIP or JSON file to our Vault. Our async worker will process your library in minutes, preserving episodes, rewatches, and movie status.
How does Beta Access work?
Access during the closed beta stage is restricted to allowlisted users. Logging in automatically creates an access request that will be reviewed by our team. You will receive an email notification as soon as your account is approved.
How are abuse or spoiler reports handled?
All episode comments are protected by the Spoiler Shield. Content reported by users or sent to abuse@episodely.tv is reviewed under a 24-hour SLA. In case of Community Guidelines violations, content is removed and accounts may be suspended.
How is my personal data protected (GDPR)?
All servers are located within the European Union. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For details please consult our Privacy Policy.
